pending chart 1352

Bounce off 60-minute low. Might form right shoulder today and tomorrow, going into Friday report for head and shoulders top or bull possible triangle

  • Wednesday, May 2, 2012
  • Bar 1 - Yesterday was a reversal day. Gap below 60 minute 20 bar exponential moving average, just above low of yesterday and 60 minimum or minutes swing low. Bulls want higher low. Doji so buyers below, sellers above. Parabolic wedge sell climax just above s/r so more likely will try to form bottom early on
  • Bar 2 - Two bar revresal, bull reversal bar, ok buy but tail above and did not hit s/r so less certain
  • Bar 3 - Bear reversal bar but 3 sideways bars and tail. Wait
  • Bar 4 - Another overlap bar with tail. Wait until report
  • Bar 6 - Doji inside bar. Probably sellers below 5 for test of low of yesterday and 60 minimum or minutes swing low. 1 and 1-6 = trading range so trading range day likely, especially since just above s/r and in trading range from 2 days ago. Might become trending trading range day. Odds favor bounce off s/r below and then maybe 60 minimum or minutes right shoulder going into fri report, and then bull possible triangle breakout or head and shoulders top
  • Bar 8 - Ok bull reversal bar but tail. Ok swing buy but not strong enough for scalp
  • Bar 9 - Breakout pullback short but tail and just above s/r so buyers scaling in below
  • Bar 11 - Bear inside bar so breakout pullback short but probably buyers below.
  • Bar 13 - Outside up bar, wedge 2 8, probably trying for low of the day. Ok buy above for swing and probably scalp. Probably always in long. Good chance of rally today and tomorrow to form possible 60 minimum or minutes right shoulder
  • Bar 14 - Bull body but tail. More up. Unlikely market will fall below on next bar
  • Bar 15 - More follow through
