InsiderLog automates the management of insider lists ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

Deutsche Börse Group (DB1): the Central Bank of Iran (Bank Markazi) filed a complaint against Clearstream Banking S.A., Luxembourg seeking the restitution of assets of Bank Markazi which are held on accounts of UBAE and Bank Markazi with Clearstream totaling USD 4.9 billion plus interest. The amount sought include USD 1.9bn that were turned over to US plaintiffs pursuant to a 2013 binding and enforceable US court order in a proceding to which Bank Markazi was a party. The claim also addresses customer assets of USD 2bn, which include assets that are currently subject to US and Luxembourg litigation brought by US plaintiffs.
Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe): the SEC approved Cboe's proposed alternative to closing auctions in U.S. equities. The Cboe Market Close will execute trades using the closing price set on the primary exchanges. NYSE and Nasdaq along with fund managers such as T Rowe Price, listed companies including FedEx and index calculators had expressed concern about Cboe proposal to the SEC.
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX): LME hired Robin Martin as head of market development. Robin Martin has been managing director for market infrastructure at the World Gold Council.
The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) asked the Stock Exchange of Singapore (SGX) to delay launch of single-stock futures on Indian companies, to give it time to arrest the slide back home. SGX planned to launch single-stock futures on 5-Feb. Reported by Bloomberg.
Dubai Financial Market (DFM) launched the Allocation Account mechanism to enable brokerage firms to use a combined account with the clearinghouse in order to execute buy and sell transactions of securities on behalf of their clients, provided that such transactions shall be allocated to the clients' accounts during a 45 minutes allocation period. The new service facilitates the participation of international fund managers.
